All parties acknowledge the CUVA (Conservation Use Value Assessment) on this property and all parties agree to enter into indemnity agreement that the CUVA is to remain in place through date of sale and survive deed transfer and Buyer is responsible for keeping property in CUVA forward. If Buyer removes property from CUVA or fails to keep property in CUVA the Buyer will be responsible for any penalties, fees, and taxes associated with removing the property from CUVA.
